If you’ve been following our newsfeed recently, you’ll know that we’ve been fighting a high profile legal battle against copyright infringement. After successfully suing PMS International in the High Court for infringing our registered Trunki designs with the Kiddee Case, the decision was unfortunately overturned by the Court of Appeal, meaning that the company is now free to sell the copycat design. This is not only a major blow for Trunki, but it means that third parties will now be able to claim that subtle differences in surface decoration render CRD protection invalid. Last month, we announced that our little Trunki family will soon be expecting a new arrival in the form of a Sea Turtle PaddlePak. We asked our fans to help us come up with a name and now we're pleased to introduce you to Sheldon.
