We ship using Standard 48 hours tracked Royal Mail service. Royal Mail delivers Monday to Saturday.

Orders can be tracked via SMS or email (you must provide these at checkout).

We aim to build & deliver your M4M Trunki in 10 working days. Please note that during peak production or promotional periods this may take longer.

Please note: As the Trunki Customiser is a bespoke made product you will be unable to update your design once the order has been placed, we will also be unable to accept returns unless faulty, this does not affect your statutory rights.

Returns

If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, unless it is a bespoke made product you can return it to us within 14 days of your delivery in perfect condition complete with original packaging. We will be happy to refund the original price of the item or send you an exchange. This does not affect your statutory rights. We regret that postage, packing and insurance are direct costs and cannot be refunded.

If you purchased a bespoke made product we are unable to accept returns unless the product is faulty.
